Your satisfaction is important to us thus detailed descriptions are given of each item and thorough checking for quality control and manufacturing is done prior to shipment. We advise that you check the sizing guide prior to order.

However:

• We will exchange an item for a different size, colour or style if the item is returned to us in its original condition;

• Items must be returned within 14 days of purchase in its original condition (with tags) unworn and unwashed;

• Sorry we do not refund original shipping charges on returns;

• If there is a fault in the item or the wrong item was sent we will fully refund the full purchase price, original and return postage.

Notes:

1. Tax invoice (original or photocopy) must accompany all returned items Exchanges or returns are not possible without your tax invoice. Please indicate reason for return;

2. All returns must be initiated within 14 days of purchase and completed within 20 days of purchase except items purchased prior to a holiday season (i.e. Christmas) which must be initiated with 20 days or a reasonable amount of time determined in written form on the sales slip or invoice at the time of purchase and completed within 30 days of purchase;

3. Customer pays all shipping/postage charges for returning product back to The Kids Wardrobe;

4. If you have a return inquiry which falls outside these guidelines or the return procedure below, please call or email to discuss; and

5. Please follow the procedure below for returning items.

Procedure to return items:

1. Package the goods so that they are protected in transit back to us.

2. Mail the package to:

3. Once the goods are received undamaged, we will gladly refund or exchange
